Please note that there is no magic button for vectorizing in 5 minutes. I redraw every image manually by pen tool and also need some time to render, check, pack and deliver your files so I need more time than 5 minutes.

No. In this gig I vectorize existing designs. I don't do new design or redesign. But I can do color change or simple edit of shapes. For logo design I have another gig (check my gigs).

As far as Vector graphics has more limits than Raster graphics, some effects cannot be recreated. Cannot be recreated: realistic photos, photos of people, most of 3D objects, bewel effects, complex textures, watercolor.
